P&L CPM equipment pool lists table

When running a P&L report, the user has the option of selecting a single equipment pool, all equipment pools, or a list of equipment pools. If you are using Enrich for both vehicles and fixed assets, there may be a requirement to limit the number of equipment pools that are included in the P&L reports. An equipment pool list can be set up to serve this purpose.

1. At the EMMS main menu, select Administration | Reports | P&L CPM Reports | P&L Report Table Setup | Equipment Pool Lists. The Work With Lists - Equipment Pool screen appears.
2. Click Add . The Add List screen appears.
3. Fill in the fields as required.

   List Codeis a unique code used to identify a specific equipment pool list.

   Descriptionis a brief description of the equipment pool list.

4. Click Enter . The Edit Equipment Pool List add screen appears.
5. Fill in the fields as required.

   Equipment Pool is a specific equipment pool to be included on the list. You can right-click in the field and select Prompt to select the pool from a list.

6. Click Enter to save the list.
