P&L CPM equipment group lists

When running a P&L report, you have the option of selecting a single equipment group, all equipment groups, or a list of equipment groups. An equipment group list can be used to define which equipment groups are to be included in the P&L reports.

You may need to set up equipment group lists if you do not use a coding system that reflects year, make, model, etc.

  1. At the EMMS main menu, select Administration | Reports | P&L CPM Reports | P&L Report Table Setup | Equipment Group Lists. The Work With Lists - Equipment Group screen appears.
  2. Click Add plus.jpg. The Add List screen appears.
  3. Fill in the fields as required.
  4. Click Enter enter.jpg. The Edit Equipment Group List add screen appears.
  5. Fill in the fields as required.
  6. Click Enter enter.jpg to save the list.
