P&L CPM equipment group lists
When running a P&L report, you have the option of selecting a single
equipment group, all equipment groups, or a list of equipment groups.
An equipment group list can be used to define which equipment groups are
to be included in the P&L reports.
You may need to set up equipment group lists if you do not use a coding
system that reflects year, make, model, etc.
- At the EMMS main menu, select Administration
| Reports | P&L CPM Reports | P&L Report Table Setup | Equipment
Group Lists. The Work
With Lists - Equipment Group screen appears.
- Click Add
.
The Add List screen
appears.
- Fill in the fields as required.
- Click Enter
. The Edit Equipment
Group List add screen appears.
- Fill in the fields as required.
- Click Enter
to save the list.
