Fuel consumption inquiry

1. At the EMMS main menu, select Administration | Inquiries | Fuel Consumption. The Fuel Consumption enter screen appears.
2. Fill in the fields as required.

   Equipment Groupis a specific equipment group to report on. Leave blank for all. You can click on the Prompt button to select the equipment group from a list.

   Unit Numberis a specific equipment unit to report on. Leave blank for all. You can click on the Prompt button to select the unit from a list.

   Opened From / Tois a range of work order open dates to report on. If left blank, these fields will default to the current date.

3. Click Enter . The Fuel Consumption display screen appears with the requested information.
4. To view graphs of the information:
   • Click Display Graph . The Graphs screen appears.
   • 1. To view a graph of the selected units' fuel economy by distance travelled per furl unit, click km/l . The Fuel Consumption - km/litre screen appears.
     2. To view a graph of the selected units' fuel economy by fuel units consumed per 100 distance units, click 1/100km . The Fuel Consumption - litres/100 km screen appears.
     3. To view a graph of the selected unit's cumulative fuel consumption, click Consumption . The Fuel Consumption screen appears.
