Equipment repair history inquiry

1. At the EMMS main menu, select Administration | Inquiries | Equipment Repair History. The Equipment Repair History display screen appears.
2. To display the work order a repair task was performed on:
   • Right-click on the task and select Display Work Order. The Display Work Order screen appears.
3. To view additional information about each line item:
   • Click Alt View . Date and Total columns will replace the W.O., Labor, and Parts columns. This is a toggle; click it again to return to the original view.
4. To limit the list of items displayed:
   1. Click Subset . The Subset Data enter screen appears.
   2. Fill in the fields as required; all are optional.

      Date Openedlimits the subset inquiry be a date or range of dates the work orders were opened. The first field is a mathematical relation; e.g. GE for greater than or equal to, etc. You can click on the Prompt button to select the relation from a list. The second and third fields require earliest (or only) and latest dates to compare to.

      Equipment Facilityis a specific assigned facility to report on. You can click on the Prompt button to select the facility from a list.

      Labor Costlimits the subset inquiry by the labor cost on individual work orders. The first field is a mathematical relation; e.g. GE for greater than or equal to, etc. You can click on the Prompt button to select the relation from a list. The second field is the numerical value to compare to.

      Parts Costis used to limit the inquiry by the cost of parts on individual work orders. The first field is a mathematical relation; e.g. GE for greater than or equal to, etc. You can click on the Prompt button to select the relation from a list. The second field is the numerical value to be compared.

      Repair Reason Codeis a specific repair reason to report on. You can click on the Prompt button to select the reason from a list.

      Total Costlimits the subset inquiry by the total cost on individual work orders. The first field is a mathematical relation; e.g. GE for greater than or equal to, etc. You can click on the Prompt button to select the relation from a list. The second field is the numerical value to compare to.

      WO Facilityis a specific facility to report on. You can click on the Prompt button to select the facility from a list.

      Work Ordersflags whether to list closed or all work orders. You can click on the Prompt button to select the flag from a list.

   3. Click Enter . You return to the Equipment Repair History screen, where the list is limited as specified.
