Equipment metric readings

This option allows you to enter metric readings for a unit.

1. At the EMMS main menu, click on the Equipment button. The Display Equipment screen appears.
2. Right-click on the unit and select Change. The Edit Equipment change screen appears.
3. Click Action List . The Equipment Actions screen appears.
4. Click Metric Readings. The Metric Readings display screen appears.
5. Click Change . The Maintain Readings change screen appears.
6. Change any field values as required.

   Dateis the date the reading was taken.

   LTD Readingis the life-to-date reading on the unit.

   Readingis the actual meter reading.

   Timeis the time of day the reading was taken.

   UOMis the unit of measure used for the reading. You can right-click in the field and select Prompt to select the unit of measure from a list.

7. Click Enter to save the changes.
8. Click Exit twice to return to the Edit Equipment change screen.
