Equipment group standard repair times (SRTs)

1. At the EMMS main menu, select Equipment | Equipment Groups. The Display Equipment Group screen appears.
2. Right-click on the group and select Activity SRT's. The Activity/Equipment Group SRTs display screen appears.
3. To copy standard repair times from another group to this one:
   1. Click Copy From Grp . The Select Group To Copy screen appears.
   2. To copy and add to the existing repair times, right-click on the group to be copied from and select Copy/Add.
   3. To copy and replace the existing repair times, right-click on the group to be copied from and select Copy/Replace.
4. To add a repair time for an activity:
   1. Right-click on the activity and select Add/Change. The Add/Change Activity Group SRTs change screen appears.
   2. Click Add . The Add/Change Activity Group SRTs add screen appears.
   3. Fill in the fields as required.

      Effective Dateis the date the standard repair time goes into effect.

      Standard Hoursis the number of hours the task should take, to 2 decimal places.

   4. Click Enter to save the information.
   5. Click Exit to return to the Activity/Equipment Group SRTs display screen.
5. To add standard repair times for the equipment group:
   1. Click Add . The Activity/Equipment Group SRTs add screen appears.
   2. Fill in the fields as required.

      Descriptionis a description of the system, assembly, part, and task. It is filled in by Enrich.

      Effective Dateis the date the standard repair time goes into effect. A value is required.

      Hoursis the number of hours the task should take, to 2 decimal places. A value is required.

      Skillis the employee skill that is required for the repair. A value is required. You can right-click in the field and select Prompt to select the skill from a list.

      Sys/Asy/Part/Taskare the system, assembly, part, and task that the standard repair time is for. Values are required. You can right-click in the fields and select Prompt to select the values from a list.

   3. Click Enter to save the repair times.
