Equipment cost analysis inquiry

1. At the EMMS main menu, select Administration | Inquiries | Equipment Cost Analysis. The Equipment Cost Inquiry enter screen appears.
2. Fill in the fields as required.

   Cost Report Noidentifies the version of the inquiry to run. You can click on the Prompt button to select the report from a list. Possible values are vehicle operating costs, fluid usage, or fuel consumption.

   Equipment Groupis a specific equipment group to report on. Leave blank for all. You can click on the Prompt button to select the group from a list.

   Unit Numberis a specific equipment unit to report on. Leave blank for all. You can click on the Prompt button to select the unit from a list.

   Opened From / Tois a range of dates during which work orders were opened to report on. If left blank, these fields will default to the current date. You can click on the calendar buttons to select the dates.

   Convert To Currency Ofis the country of the currency to which costs on the report should be converted. It is optional. A warning message will be sent if a country is entered for which exchange rates cannot be found for all facilities in the system. You can click on the Prompt button to select the country from a list.

   Date For Currency Rateis the date to use when looking up the exchange rate for a currency conversion. If no date is entered, it will default to the system date. You can click on the calendar button to select the date.

3. Click Enter . The Unit Cost Inquiry display screen appears.
