Equipment contract pools table

Equipment contract pools can be set up if Asset Management is not installed.

1. At the EMMS main menu, select Administration | Tables --> | Administration Tables | Equipment | Equipment Contract Pools. The Display Equipment Contract Pools screen appears.
2. Click Change . The Edit Equipment Contract Pools change screen appears.
3. Click Add . The Edit Equipment Contract Pools add screen appears.
4. Fill in the fields as required.

   Unit Numberis the equipment unit being assigned to a pool. You can right-click in the field and select Prompt to select the unit from a list.

   Assignment Dateis the effective date of the unit's assignment to the pool.

   Contract Poolis the contract pool the unit is being assigned to. You can right-click in the field and select Prompt to select the pool from a list.

5. Click Enter to save the pools.
6. Click Exit twice to return to the menu.
