Equipment assignments for location table

  1. At the EMMS main menu, select Administration | Tables --> | Administration Tables | Equipment | Customer Locations. The Customer Locations change screen appears.
  2. Right-click on the customer location and select Unit Assignments. The Equipment Assignments for Location display screen appears.
  3. Click Change change.jpg. The Equipment Assignments for Location display screen appears.
  4. If necessary, change the Location Type you are working with.
  5. Click Toggle allsel.jpg until you see all units for the customer.
  6. Right-click on the unit to be assigned and select Select. The Create Location Assignment Record screen appears.
  7. If necessary, change the Assignment Date and Assignment Time.
  8. Click Create. You return to the Equipment Assignments for Location display screen, which will show the change.
  9. Click Exit exit.jpg twice to return to the Customer Locations change screen.
  10. Click Exit exit.jpg to return to the menu.
