Drivers table

This table allows you to look up, set up, and maintain driver information.

1. At the EMMS main menu, select Administration | Tables --> | Administration Tables | Equipment | Drivers. The Driver Equipment Lookup display screen appears.
   • If a driver has more than 1 unit currently assigned, *MULTIPLE will appear in the Unit Number column.
2. To change driver information:
   1. Click Change . The Drivers change screen appears.
   2. Change any values as required.
   3. Click Enter to save the changes.
3. To add drivers:
   1. Click Change . The Drivers change screen appears.
   2. Click Add . The Drivers add screen appears.
   3. Fill in the fields as required.

      Driveris a code identifying a particular driver.

      Driver Nameis the full name of the driver.

   4. Click Enter to save the drivers.
   5. Click Change to return to the Drivers change screen.
4. To view the list of units for a driver with multiple units:
   • Right-click on the driver and select Display Unit. The Units for Driver display screen appears.
   • • To change the driver's equipment information, click Change . The Driver Equipment change screen appears (see below).
5. To work with the equipment units a driver uses:
   1. Click Change . The Drivers change screen appears.
   2. Right-click on the driver and select Equipment. The Driver Equipment change screen appears.
   3. Click Add . The Driver Equipment add screen appears.
   4. Fill in the fields as required.

      Unit Numberidentifies an equipment unit that the driver uses. You can right-click in the field and select Prompt to select the unit from a list.

      Effective Dateis the date the driver started using the unit.

   5. Click Enter to save the unit assignments.
   6. Click Exit to return to the Drivers change screen.
6. Click Exit to return to the menu.
