Definitions for driver cost reports

  1. At the EMMS main menu, select Administration | Reports | Driver Cost Report Definition. The Driver Cost Reports change screen appears.
  2. Click Add plus.jpg. The Driver Cost Reports add screen appears.
  3. Fill in the fields as required.
  4. Click Enter enter.jpg to save the definition.
  5. Click Change change.jpg to return to the Driver Cost Reports change screen.
  6. Right-click on the definition and select Columns. The Driver Report Columns change screen appears.
  7. Fill in the fields as required.
  8. Click Enter enter.jpg to save the column headers.
  9. To work with item categories associated with a column:
    1. Right-click on the column and select Item Categories. The Driver Report Categories change screen appears.
    2. Click Add plus.jpg. The Driver Report Categories add screen appears.
    3. Type in or select each Item Category to be included in the column.
    4. Click Enter enter.jpg to save the categories.
    5. Click Exit exit.jpg to return to the Driver Report Columns change screen.
  10. To work with items associated with a column:
    1. Right-click on the column and select Item Numbers. The Driver Report Items change screen appears.
    2. Click Add plus.jpg. The Driver Report Items add screen appears.
    3. Type in or select each stocked Item that should be included in the column.
    4. Click Enter enter.jpg to save the items.
    5. Click Exit exit.jpg to return to the Driver Report Columns change screen.
