Date From / Tois the range of dates during which work orders were opened or close that you want to report on.
Detail/Summaryidentifies whether the report should show detailed information or summary only.
Download Report Fileflags whether the report results should be placed into a file that can be downloaded to a PC.
Duplexidentifies whether the report should be printed on both sides of the page.
Equipment Typeis
a specific equipment type to report on. Leave blank for all. You
can click on the Prompt button to select
the equipment type from a list.
Holdidentifies whether the report should be held in the queue until released manually rather than being printed automatically.
Include Billable/Non-Billable/Bothflags the type of work order lines to include on the report.
Include Costidentifies whether or not costs should be included on the report.
Include Maintenance/Fuel/Bothflags whether to include maintenance or fuel work orders, or both, on the report.
Metric Typeis
the type of metric to report on. A value is required. You can
click on the Prompt button to select
the metric from a list.
Output Queueidentifies which output queue the report should be placed in. It defaults to your regular output queue.
Saveidentifies whether the report should be saved online after it has been printed.
Sort Orderidentifies how the report should be sorted, by unit or by customer unit.
Unit Numberis
a specific equipment unit to report on. Leave blank for all. You
can click on the Prompt button to select
the unit from a list.
User Dataallows you to set up an identifier for the print job that will show up on the output queue.
