Cost analysis report

1. At the EMMS main menu, select Administration | Reports | Equipment | Cost Analysis. The Equipment Cost Analysis enter screen appears.
2. Fill in the fields as required.

   Convert to Currency Ofis the country of the currency to which costs on the report should be converted. It is optional. A warning message will be sent if a country is entered for which exchange rates cannot be found for all facilities in the system. You can click on the Prompt button to select the country from a list.

   Cost Report Nois the number identifying a particular version of the equipment cost analysis report. A value is required. You can click on the Prompt button to select the report number from a list.

   Date for Currency Rateis the date to use when looking up the exchange rate for a currency conversion. If left blank, it will default to the system date.

   Equipment Groupis a specific equipment group to report on. Leave blank for all. You can click on the Prompt button to select the equipment group from a list.

   Opened From / Tois a range of dates during which work orders to report on were opened. If left blank, these fields will default to the current date.

   Unit Numberis a specific equipment unit to report on. Leave blank for all. You can click on the Prompt button to select the unit from a list.

3. Click Enter . The Equipment Cost Analysis report (FMVFPFK) will print on your default printer.
