Copy equipment group

1. At the EMMS main menu, select Equipment | Equipment Groups. The Display Equipment Group screen appears.
2. Right-click on the group to be copied and select Copy. The Copy Equipment Group enter screen appears.
3. Fill in the fields as required.

   Codeis a unique code to identify the new group.

   Nameis a brief description of the new equipment group.

   Characteristicsidentifies the parts of the existing group definition that should be copied to the new group. Click on an item to place a checkmark in its box, identifying it as selected. Characteristics that can be copied are:
        - Classifications
        - Features
        - Fluids
        - Locations
        - PM Programs
        - Standard Parts
        - Warranties
        - Group Standards
        - Thresholds
        - Standard Job Times (SRTs)

4. Click Enter . You return to the Display Equipment Group screen where the new group will appear in the list.
