Contact types table

This table will come pre-filled with the contact types required for the faxing functionality; they should not be deleted. As many contact types as required can be added.

  1. At the EMMS main menu, select Administration | Tables --> | Administration Tables | Customer | Customer Contact Types. The Customer Contact Type change screen appears.
  2. Click Add plus.jpg. The Customer Contact Type add screen appears.
  3. Fill in the fields as required.
  4. Click Enter enter.jpg to save the contact types.
  5. Click Exit exit.jpg to return to the menu.
