View all interdivisional billing transactions

1. At the EMMS main menu, select Customer | Interdivisional Billing | Interdivisional Billing Inquiry. The Interdivisional Billing Inquiry display screen appears.
2. To view the source document for a transaction:
   • Right-click on the transaction and select Display Source Document. The appropriate source document will appear. Possible screens are:
   • • Display Miscellaneous Charge
     • Agreement Charges display (for lease contract)
     • HVUT Bill Back Invoice display
     • Fuel Tax Invoice display
     • Manual Charge Invoice display
     • Display Fuel Ticket
     • Rental Agreement Charges display
     • Unit Permit display (permit bill-back)
     • Display Work Order - Approved
3. To view the invoice for a transaction:
   • Right-click on the transaction and select Display Invoice. The Display Invoice screen appears.
