Facility mapping for Interdivisional Billing

This option allows you to map facility locations to external interdivisional interface types.

1. At the EMMS main menu, select Customer | Interdivisional Billing | External Interface Setup. The Work With External Interface Types display screen appears.
2. Click Facility Mapping . The Display Facility Mapping screen appears.
3. Click Change . The Edit Facility Mapping change screen appears.
4. Click Add . The Edit Facility Mapping add screen appears.
5. Fill in the fields as required.

   Acct Typeis the generic type of account whose data will be transferred. It defaults to blank for All. You can right-click in the field and select Prompt to select the account type from a list.

   Facilityis the Enrich facility that is being mapped. You can right-click in the field and select Prompt to select the facility from a list.

   SAP Contractis the external system's contract code.

   SAP Cost Centreis the external system's cost centre code.

   SAP Direct To COPAis the external system's flag indicating whether or not data will go directly to COPA.

   SAP Locis the external system's location code.

   SAP Prodis the external system's product line code.

6. Click Enter to save the facility mapping.
7. Click Exit twice to return to the Work With External Interface Types display screen.
