Unit mileage projection file preparation

1. At the EMMS main menu, select Administration | Interfaces | Cognos Interfaces | Unit Mileage Projection File Preparation. The Create Unit Mileage Projection File enter screen appears.
2. Fill in the fields as required.

   Current Dateis the current date.

   Previous Dateis the date the projection was last run.

   Lease Term (Months)is the number of months the lease term is that the program should be run for.

3. Click Enter . A file with mileage projections is built for EMMSCat in Cognos, to be used in folder Equipment/Equipment Distance Projection.
