Reading increments download

1. At the EMMS main menu, select Administration | Interfaces | Reading Increments Download. The Pending Readings display screen appears.
2. To work with a reading source:
   1. Right-click on the source and select Work With. The Reading Increments change screen appears.
   2. Click Add . The Reading Increments add screen appears.
   3. Fill in the fields as required.

      Unitis the equipment unit the reading increment is for. You can right-click in the field and select Prompt to select the unit from a list.

      Incrementis the incremental reading being added.

      As Ofis the date of the reading.

   4. Click Enter to save the units.
   5. Click Change to return to the Reading Increments change screen.
3. To delete a reading source:
   1. Right-click on the source and select Delete. The Confirm prompt appears.
   2. Click Confirm. The source is removed.
4. To post a reading source:
   • Right-click on the source and select Post.
5. To create a new reading source:
   1. Click New . The New Download screen appears.
   2. Fill in the fields as required.

      Reading Download Sourceis the name of the file to be downloaded.

      Metric Typeis the type of reading to be downloaded. Note that only one pending source can exist for a metric type. You can click on the Prompt button to select the metric type from a list.

   3. Click Enter. The Confirm prompt appears.
   4. Click Confirm. The PC File Transfer to iSeries screen appears.
   5. Follow the instructions to download the file.
   6. Click Enter to transfer the file.
