Miscellaneous charge codes for Assist

This file can be used to make an association between a particular general ledger account and the Enrich Financials AR accounting code and/or miscellaneous charge code. This option provides a faster method of populating the miscellaneous charge codes portion of the Enrich Financials AR interface codes table.

1. At the EMMS main menu, select Administration | Interfaces | Assist Interface Programs | Miscellaneous Charge Codes for Assist. The Set Miscellaneous Charge Codes enter screen appears.
2. Fill in the fields as required.

   G/L Accountis a wild card portion of the G/L account, intended for locating the natural account only within the G/L account. It will accept only one set of significant digits other than *.

   Miscellaneous Charge Codeis the code that will be entered into all GL accounts that match the wild card (i.e. natural account code).

3. Click Enter . The program will populate the miscellaneous charge codes portion of the AR interface codes table.
