Maintain VMRS version

This option allows you to work with an open VMRS version.

1. At the EMMS main menu, select Administration | System | VMRS 2000 Release Update. The VMRS Updates display screen appears.
2. Right-click on the version and select Maintain. The Maintain VMRS Version change screen appears.
3. To change the view of the list:
   • Click Alt View . The VMRS Version Alternate View display screen appears.
4. To re-evaluate the status of a component:
   • Right-click on the component and select Re-evaluate Status. The line is checked against the VMRS tables to ascertain the status in case something has changed to cause it to be different.
5. To view the existing description of a component:
   • Right-click on the component and select Display Existing VMRS. The VMRS Description display screen appears.
6. To add a system and/or sub-assembly to a component:
   • Right-click on the component and select Add System/SubAssembly. The Maintain System Codes change screen appears.
7. Click Exit twice to return to the menu.
