IP address

This option allows you to maintain IP address information.

1. At the EMMS main menu, select Administration | Interfaces | Maintain IP Address. The Business Parms-Interface Defaults screen appears.
2. Fill in the fields as required.

   Satellite Engine Metricidentifies the metric used for entering metrics gathered by satellite into a unit's history. You can click on the Prompt button to select the metric from a list. This option may not apply to your installation. Note: Please contact the Help Desk prior to using this option.

   IP Address RAMis the IP address for the Risk Assessment Manager. This may not apply to your installation.

   IP Addressis the IP address of the computer for the accounting extract interface. This may not apply to your installation.

   Use Secure FTPidentifies whether or not secure file transfer protocol should be used.

   Useris the user ID that will be used to sign on to the accounting interface.

   Passwordis the password required to sign on to the accounting interface.

   Target Folderis the path where the interface file should be stored.

   Send AR To Alternate Systemidentifies whether or not AR invoices can be sent to an alternate system. Enrich Financials must be installed and the target system must be running an FTP daemon (process).

   Send AP To Alternate Systemidentifies whether or not AP information can be sent to an alternate system. Enrich Financials must be installed and the target system must be running an FTP daemon (process). This function is not currently available.

   Send GL To Alternate Systemidentifies whether or not GL information can be sent to an alternate system. Enrich Financials must be installed and the target system must be running an FTP daemon (process). This function is not currently available.

3. Click Enter to save the changes.
