ICC interface actions setup

This option enables the interface between Enrich and ICC Dispatch software, if in use. It is a generic setup tool that enables messages being sent from Enrich to ICC. It is currently used for work roster preventive maintenance trigger and work order re-torque trigger.

1. At the EMMS main menu, select Administration | Interfaces | ICC Interface Actions Setup. The Edit ICC Actions change screen appears.
2. Click Add . The Edit ICC Actions add screen appears.
3. Fill in the fields as required.

   Action Codeidentifies the action to be taken. You can right-click in the field and select Prompt to select the action from a list.

   Upd/Dltidentifies whether the action to be taken is an update or a delete. You can right-click in the field and select Prompt to select the value from a list.

   Value(s)is up to 3 values to be used.

   Message/Valueis the message to be sent.

4. Click Enter to save the new actions.
5. Click Exit to return to the menu.
