Assist GL part description for Cognos

This table is only required if you want to see a description of the GL part code in the cube.

1. At the EMMS main menu, select Administration | Interfaces | Cognos Interfaces | Assist GL Part Descriptions. The Edit GL Part Descriptions change screen appears.
2. Click Add . The Edit GL Part Description add screen appears.
3. Fill in the fields as required.

   Part Numberis a number identifying the part (or portion) of the GL account.

   Part Codeis the GL part's code.

   Descriptionis the description to be seen in the cube.

4. Click Enter to save the descriptions.
