Assist GL cube preparation

1. At the EMMS main menu, select Administration | Interfaces | Cognos Interfaces | Assist GL Cube Preparation. The Prepare Assist GL Cube screen appears.
2. Fill in the fields as required.

   From GL Period / To GL Periodare the start and end years and periods to be included in the cube.

   Budget Typeis the kind of budget to be included in the cube.

3. Click Enter . The file will be built.
