Warehouse accounts table

Enrich looks for the following account types in this table:

1. At the Asset Management main menu, select Finance | Finance Lease Accounting | Administration | Account Defaults | Warehouse Accounts. The Edit Warehouse Account Defaults change screen appears.
2. Click Add . The Edit Warehouse Account Defaults add screen appears.
3. Fill in the fields as required.

   Warehouseidentifies the warehouse that will use the specified account. You can right-click in the field and select Prompt to select the warehouse from a list.

   Accountidentifies a generic kind of expense (e.g. accounts payable, accrued liability) for which the specified account will be applied. You can right-click in the field and select Prompt to select the account type from a list.

   G/L Accountidentifies exactly where accounts of the specified type at the specified warehouse are to be coded. You can right-click in the field and select Prompt to select the general ledger account from a list.

4. Click Enter to save the defaults.
