Item category accounts table
Enrich
looks for the following account types in this table:
- inventory,
- work in progress,
- cost of goods sold.
In some cases, the system may not attempt to match all fields to find
the account (e.g. for inventory accounts on non-stocked parts receipt,
it will match on category and facility, and ignore shop).
- At the Asset Management main menu, select Finance
| Finance Lease Accounting | Administration | Account Defaults | Item
Category Accounts. The Edit
Item Cat/Shop G/L Default change screen appears.
- Click Add
.
The Edit Item Cat/Shop G/L Default
add screen appears.
- Fill in the fields as required.
- Click Enter
to save the defaults.
