Facility accounts table

Click here to see which account types Enrich looks for in this table.

1. At the Asset Management main menu, select Finance | Finance Lease Accounting | Administration | Account Defaults | Facility Accounts. The Facility GL Accounts change screen appears.
2. Click Add . The Facility GL Accounts add screen appears.
3. Fill in the fields as required.

   Facilityis the facility that will use the specified account. You can right-click in the field and select Prompt to select the facility from a list.

   Account Typeidentifies a generic kind of expense (e.g. accounts payable, labor expense). You can right-click in the field and select Prompt to select the account type from a list.

   Contract Typeis a specific type of lease/rental or maintenance contract for which the GL account will be applied. Leave blank to apply the account to all contract types. You can right-click in the field and select Prompt to select the contract type from a list.

   Equip Typeis a specific type of equipment that the default will apply to. It is optional. You can right-click in the field and select Prompt to select the equipment type from a list.

   G/L Accountis the general ledger account that the account type will be coded to on work orders at the specified facility. You can right-click in the field and select Prompt to select the account from a list.

4. Click Enter to save the defaults.
