Unit assignment history audit

Changes to a unit's pool or facility assignment are tracked automatically in an audit file. To view the audit file:

1. At the Asset Management main menu, select Equipment | Equipment. The Display Equipment screen appears.
2. Right-click on the unit of interest and select Pool/Fac Chg. The Change Pool/Facility Assignment enter screen appears.
3. Click Assignment History . The Display Equipment Assignment screen appears.
4. Click Action Audit . The Display Audit Action screen appears, displaying facility changes for the unit.
5. To view pool changes for the unit, click Toggle Pool/Facility .
