Out of service units

This option allows you to view and work with units that are out of service.

  1. At the Asset Management main menu, select Equipment | Equipment. The Display Equipment screen appears.
  2. Click OOS outserv.jpg. The Units Out of Service display screen appears.
  3. To change the status of a unit:
    1. Right-click on the unit and select Change Status. The Equipment Service Status screen appears.
    2. Fill in the fields as required.
    3. Click Enter enter.jpg. You return to the Units Out of Service display screen where the unit will be removed from (or added to, as appropriate) the list of out-of-service units.

  6. To view and work with the out-of-service history of a unit:
    1. Right-click on the unit and select History. The Unit Out of Service History display screen appears.
    2. To change the out-of-service history:
      1. Click Change change.jpg. The Edit Out of Service History change screen appears.
      2. Make any changes required.
      3. Click Enter enter.jpg to save the changes.
    3. To add to the out-of-service history:
      1. Click Change change.jpg. The Edit Out of Service History change screen appears.
      2. Click Add plus.jpg. The Edit Out of Service History add screen appears.
      3. Fill in the fields as required.
      4. Click Enter enter.jpg to save the new information.
