Menu pricing contracts

Menu pricing kicks in where back-to-back contracts leave off. You would negotiate prices for particular types of work. For example, you could make a deal with a vendor to do a particular PM for a certain price. Then, any time the unit is on a work order for that PM, Enrich will automatically create the sublet PO and stick in the negotiated price.

Setup and maintenance of menu pricing contracts is handled in the EMMS module. To view a unit's menu pricing contracts:

1. At the Asset Management main menu, select Equipment | Equipment. The Display Equipment screen appears.
2. Right-click on the unit and select Action List. The Asset Master action list screen appears.
3. Click Menu Pricing. The Service Provider Contracts - Menu Pricing display screen appears, listing any contracts for the selected unit.
