Equipment stepped rates

1. At the Asset Management main menu, select Equipment | Equipment. The Display Equipment screen appears.
2. Right-click on the unit and select Display. The Display Equipment screen appears.
3. Click PriceBk . The Customer/Equipment Price Book display screen appears.
4. Click Change . The Customer/Equipment Price Book change screen appears.
5. Right-click on the effective date of the price book to be changed and select Change. The Customer/Equipment Base Rate change screen appears.
6. Right-click on the cost type and select Stepped Rates. The Customer/Equipment Stepped Rates add screen appears.
7. Fill in the fields as required for each stepped rate to be added.

   Ceiling Amountis the highest work order line dollar amount for which the rate will be applied.

   Stepped Rateis the rate to be charged to the customer for work order activities on the unit that are valued up to the ceiling amount.

8. Click Enter to save the rates.
