Equipment program information

This option allows you to work with a unit's scheduled programs and trigger them manually if required.

1. At the Asset Management main menu, select Equipment | Equipment. The Display Equipment screen appears.
2. Right-click on the unit and select Action List. The Asset Master action list screen appears.
3. Click Program Information. The Preventive Maintenance display screen appears.
4. To place a program on a work order for the unit:
   • Right-click on the program and select Place on Work Order. The Add to Work Order display screen appears (this is described further in the EMMS module).
5. To change PM due or completion dates:
   1. Click Change . The Update PM History change screen appears.
   2. Change the fields as required.

      PM Due Dateis the date the PM should have been done.

      Completion Dateis the date the PM was completed.

   3. Click Enter to save the changes.
