Equipment pay type rates

1. At the Asset Management main menu, select Equipment | Equipment. The Display Equipment screen appears.
2. Right-click on the unit and select Display. The Display Equipment screen appears.
3. Click PriceBk . The Customer/Equipment Price Book display screen appears.
4. Click Change . The Customer/Equipment Price Book change screen appears.
5. Right-click on the effective date of the price book to be changed and select Change. The Customer/Equipment Base Rate change screen appears.
6. Right-click on the cost type and select Pay Types. The Customer Unit Pay Type Rates add screen appears.
7. Fill in the fields as required.

   Pay Typeis the kind of pay the rate is for (e.g. regular time, overtime, etc.). You can right-click in the field and select Prompt to select the pay type from a list.

   Rate Typeidentifies how the rate is applied. Hourly is the only valid option. You can right-click in the field and select Prompt to select the rate type from a list.

   Rateis the rate to be charged for this pay type, per hour, to 2 decimal places.

   Discount Percentis a percentage discount to be provided, if offered.

   Discount Amountis a flat-rate discount to be provided, if offered.

8. Click Enter to save the rates.
