Equipment lien registrations

1. At the Asset Management main menu, select Equipment | Equipment. The Display Equipment screen appears.
2. Right-click on the unit and select Action List. The Asset Master action list screen appears.
3. Click Lien Registration. The Display Liens by Unit screen appears.
4. Click Change . The Edit Liens by Unit change screen appears.
5. Click Add . The Edit Liens by Unit add screen appears.
6. Fill in the fields as required.

   Lien Typeis the type of lien being registered. A value is required. You can click on the Prompt button to select the lien type from a list.

   Companyis the company that is registering the lien. A value is required. You can click on the Prompt button to select the company from a list.

   Unitis the equipment unit the lien is registered against. You can right-click in the field and select Prompt to select the unit from a list.

   Registration Numberis the registration number of the lien.

   Dateis the date the lien was registered.

   Expiryis the date the lien will end.

   Facilityis the facility that is registering the lien. It defaults to the user's facility but can be changed. You can right-click in the field and select Prompt to select the facility from a list.

   Customeris the customer who leases the unit that the lien is against. You can right-click in the field and select Prompt to select the customer from a list.

7. Click Enter to save the liens.
