Equipment licenses

  1. At the Asset Management main menu, select Equipment | Equipment. The Display Equipment screen appears.
  2. Right-click on the unit and select Action List. The Asset Master action list screen appears.
  3. Click Licenses. The Permits for Equipment screen appears.
  4. To change an existing permit:
    1. Right-click on the permit and select Change. The Edit Unit Permit change screen appears.
    2. Make any changes required.
    3. Click Enter enter.jpg to save the changes.
    4. Click Exit exit.jpg to return to the Permits for Equipment screen.
  5. To add a new permit:
    1. Click Add plus.jpg. The Edit Unit Permit change screen appears.
    2. Fill in the fields as required.
    3. Click Enter enter.jpg to save the permit.
    4. Click Exit exit.jpg to return to the Permits for Equipment screen.
    5. NOTE: The permit will have to be processed before it can be amortized or billed back.
