Equipment licenses
- At the Asset Management main menu, select Equipment
| Equipment. The Display
Equipment screen appears.
- Right-click on the unit and select Action
List. The Asset Master
action list screen appears.
- Click Licenses.
The Permits for Equipment
screen appears.
- To change an existing permit:
- Right-click on the permit and select Change.
The Edit Unit Permit
change screen appears.
- Make any changes required.
- Click Enter
to save the changes.
- Click Exit
to return to the Permits
for Equipment screen.
- To add a new permit:
- Click Add
. The Edit Unit
Permit change screen appears.
- Fill in the fields as required.
- Click Enter
to save the permit.
- Click Exit
to return to the Permits
for Equipment screen.
- NOTE: The permit will have to be processed before it can be
amortized or billed back.
