Equipment insurance policies

1. At the Asset Management main menu, select Equipment | Equipment. The Display Equipment screen appears.
2. Right-click on the unit and select Action List. The Asset Master action list screen appears.
3. Click Insurance Policies.
   • If multiple policies exist for the unit, the Policies for Unit display screen appears. Right-click on the policy you wish to work with and select Display Policy.
   • The Display Insurance Policy Detail screen appears.
4. Click Change . The Edit Insurance Policy Details display screen appears.
5. Change any fields as required.

   Includedidentifies whether or not the section item (e.g. schedule of units) is available.

   Deductibleis the deductible amount for the section, if applicable.

   Liability Limitis the maximum liability of the section, in millions of dollars, if applicable.

   Max NBVis the maximum net book value a unit of the specified type can have to be covered under the policy, if applicable.

6. Click Enter to save the changes.
