Equipment drivers

This option allows you to work with an equipment unit's driver information.

1. At the Asset Management main menu, select Equipment | Equipment. The Display Equipment screen appears.
2. Right-click on the unit and select Action List. The Asset Master action list screen appears.
3. Click Drivers. The Equipment Drivers change screen appears.
4. Make any changes as required.
5. Click Enter to save the changes.
6. Click Add . The Equipment Drivers add screen appears.
7. Fill in the fields as required.

   Effective Dateis the date the driver was assigned to the unit.

   Driveris the driver assigned to the unit. You can right-click in the field and select Prompt to select the driver from a list.

   Supervisoris the supervisor assigned to the unit. Supervisors must also be drivers. You can right-click in the field and select Prompt to select the supervisor from a list.

8. Click Enter to save the drivers.
