Priority for Work
Orderidentifies
how important the work order is. It is optional.
You can click on the Prompt button to select the priority from
a list.
Schedule Dateis the date and time the work order is scheduled to be performed.
Componentis the system, assembly, and part to be worked on. You can right-click in the field and select Prompt to select the component from a list.
Taskis the kind of work that should be done on the component, e.g. inspect, replace, etc. You can right-click in the field and select Prompt to select the task from a list.
Assigned Employeeis the employee who is responsible for the specified work on the unit. You can right-click in the field and select Prompt to select the employee from a list.

Report Dateis the date
the defect was reported. It defaults to the current

Report Timeis the time of day the defect was reported. It defaults to the current time but can be changed.
Unitis the equipment unit the defect
is being reported for. You can click on the Prompt
button
to select the unit from a list.
Odometer Readingis the reading on the unit's odometer when the defect report was made.
UOMis the unit of measure used for
the odometer reading, e.g. miles, kilometers. You
can click on the Prompt
button to select the unit of measure from a list.
Itemis the component not currently
on an equipment unit that the defect has been reported
for. Only one of unit or item should be entered. You
can click on the Prompt
button to select the item from a list.
Serial #is the number
stamped on the unit or component by its manufacturer.
This field can be left blank for equipment units;
the serial number on the equipment master will default
in. You can click on the Prompt button to select the serial number from
a list.
Defectidentifies a specific problem that the unit or component is having. It can be left blank if a code for the problem does not exist. You can right-click in the field and select Prompt to select the defect from a list.
Descriptionis a description of the problem. If a defect code is entered, this field is filled in by Enrich. If no code exists for the problem, a short description should be entered here. Use the Comments option on the Change or Display screen to enter more detailed information if necessary.
Facilityis the facility that will repair the unit. You can right-click in the field and select Prompt to select the facility from a list.
Departmentis the shop or department that will perform the repairs. You can right-click in the field and select Prompt to select the shop from a list.
