Equipment dates

This option allows you to work with an equipment unit's PM and warranty start dates.

1. At the Asset Management main menu, select Equipment | Equipment. The Display Equipment screen appears.
2. Right-click on the unit and select Display. The Display Equipment screen appears.
3. Click Change . The Edit Equipment change screen appears.
4. Click Equipment Dates . The Equipment Dates display screen appears.
5. Click Change . The Equipment Dates change screen appears.
6. Click Add . The Equipment Dates add screen appears.
7. Fill in the fields as required.

   Date Typeis the kind of date to be added for the unit. You can right-click in the field and select Prompt to select the date type from a list. Possible values are: P = PM Start Date; W = Warranty Start Date.

   Dateis the date the date type goes into effect.

8. Click Enter to save the dates.
9. Click Exit twice to return to the Edit Equipment change screen.
