Equipment billing readings

1. At the Asset Management main menu, select Equipment | Equipment. The Display Equipment screen appears.
2. Right-click on the unit and select Unit Inquiry. The Unit Quick Reference enter screen appears.
3. Click Readings . The Billing Readings display screen appears.
   • The Type field only appears on the display screen.

     Type: is the kind of reading. Possible values are:

     • A - Advanced Estimate;
     • E - Arrears Estimate;
     • D - Disposal;
     • F - Free;
     • I - Interim;
     • O - Out;
     • R - Return;
     • S - Shunting;
     • Q - Shunting Quantity;
     • Y - Standby Metric;
     • B - Substitute.
4. Click Change . The Maintain Billing Readings change screen appears.
5. Change any fields as required.

   Readingis the actual meter reading.

   UOMidentifies the units the reading was measured in. You can right-click in the field and select Prompt to select the unit of measure from a list.

   Reading - LTDis the life-to-date reading for the unit.

6. Click Enter to save the changes.
