Engine family mnemonics

1. At the Asset Management main menu, select Administration | Tables | Equipment | Mnemonics | Engine Family. The Engine Family Mnemonics change screen appears.
2. Click Add . The Engine Family Mnemonics add screen appears.
3. Fill in the fields as required.

   Engine Familyidentifies the company that makes the engines. You can right-click in the field and select Prompt to select the company from a list.

   Mnemonic Codeis the short-cut code to be used for the specified engine family in positions 4 and 5 of the group code.

4. Click Enter to save the mnemonics.
