Back-to-back contracts

Back-to-back (B2B) contracts are like Enrich full services leases in reverse. You can make deals with vendors to maintain your vehicles and set up B2B contracts so that work done is covered by the B2B and, therefore, no payable is created on the work order. Setup and maintenance of B2B contracts is handled in the EMMS module. To view B2B contracts for an equipment unit:

1. At the Asset Management main menu, select Equipment | Equipment. The Display Equipment screen appears.
2. Right-click on the unit and select Action List. The Asset Master action list screen appears.
3. Click Back to Back Contract. The Service Providers Contracts - Back-to-Back display screen appears, listing any contracts that include the selected equipment unit.
