eVCN Change facility

1. At the Asset Management main menu, click on the Customer button. The Work With Customers display screen appears.
2. Click VC Notices . The Work With EVCNs display screen appears.
3. Right-click on the eVCN notice and select Display/Update. The Display/Update EVCN screen appears.
4. Click Chg Facility . The Change Pool/Facility Assignment enter screen appears.
5. Fill in the fields as required.

   New Poolis the new equipment pool the unit will be placed in, if applicable. You can click on the Prompt button to select the pool from a list.

   New Facilityis the facility the unit is being assigned to. You can click on the Prompt button to select the facility from a list.

   Assignment Dateis the date the new assignment will go into effect.

   Assignment Timeis the time of day the new assignment will go into effect.

6. Click Change Pool/Facility. The change will be made and you return to the Display/Update EVCN screen.
