Usage pool equipment units

  1. At the Asset Management main menu, click on the Customer button. The Work With Customers display screen appears.
  2. Right-click on the customer and select Usage Pools. The Edit Usage Pools change screen appears.
  3. Right-click on the pool and select Units. The Maintain Units in Usage Pool display screen appears.
  4. To add a unit to the pool:
    1. Click Show All/Selected allsel.jpg to view all units.
    2. Right-click on the unit and select Select / Add to Pool. The Add/Remove Unit for Usage Pool screen appears.
    3. Fill in the fields as required.
    4. Click Enter enter.jpg to add the unit to the pool.
  5. To remove a unit from the pool:
    1. Right-click on the unit and select Remove From Pool. The Add/Remove Unit for Usage Pool screen appears.
    2. Fill in the fields as required.
    3. Click Enter enter.jpg to remove the unit from the pool.
