Usage pool equipment units
- At the Asset Management main menu, click on the Customer
button. The Work With Customers
display screen appears.
- Right-click on the customer and select Usage
Pools. The Edit Usage
Pools change screen appears.
- Right-click on the pool and select Units.
The Maintain Units in Usage Pool
display screen appears.
- To add a unit to the pool:
- Click Show All/Selected
to view all units.
- Right-click on the unit and select Select
/ Add to Pool. The Add/Remove
Unit for Usage Pool screen appears.
- Fill in the fields as required.
- Click Enter
to add the unit to the pool.
- To remove a unit from the pool:
- Right-click on the unit and select Remove
From Pool. The Add/Remove
Unit for Usage Pool screen appears.
- Fill in the fields as required.
- Click Enter
to remove the unit from the
pool.
