Customer terms overrides

The payment terms for a customer in Enrich can be overridden for specific modules. For example, if the customer is required to pay for work within 30 days, you could override that for lease payments and require that they pay within 15 days.

This table is also used to check whether a PO number is required. The Customer PO Flag is used not only at the customer level but also at the application level (WO - work order, RC - rental contract, MC - manual charges).

  1. At the Asset Management main menu, click on the Customer button. The Work With Customers display screen appears.
  2. Right-click on the customer and select Edit Customer. The Edit Customer change screen appears.
  3. Click Terms Override termover.jpg. The Edit Customer Terms Overrides add screen appears.
  4. Fill in the fields as required.
  5. Click Enter enter.jpg to save the overrides.
