Customer tax exemptions

If a customer is exempt from paying taxes that would otherwise be applied, you can identify those exemptions and Enrich will not apply those rates.

  1. At the Asset Management main menu, click on the Customer button. The Work With Customers display screen appears.
  2. Right-click on the customer and select Edit Customer. The Edit Customer change screen appears.
  3. Click Tax Exemptions taxes.jpg. The Customer Tax Exemptions add screen appears.
  4. Fill in the fields as required.
  5. Click Enter enter.jpg to save the exemptions.
  6. Click Change change.jpg. The Customer Tax Exemptions change screen appears.
  7. If the customer will have any facility level tax exemptions:
    1. Click Facility Exemptions facility.jpg. The Customer Tax Facility Exemptions add screen appears.
    2. Fill in the fields as required.
    3. Click Enter enter.jpg to save the exemptions.
