Customer insurance request

This option allows you to send a request for insurance for a customer to an insurance agency if no policies currently exist for that customer.

  1. At the Asset Management main menu, click on the Customer button. The Work With Customers display screen appears.
  2. Right-click on the customer and select Insurance. The Send New Insurance Request screen appears.
  3. Select the Insurance Agent to send the request to.
  4. Click Enter enter.jpg. The New Insurance Request letter will print on your default printer.
