Customer insurance request
This option allows you to send a request for insurance for a customer
to an insurance agency if no policies currently exist for that customer.
- At the Asset Management main menu, click on the Customer
button. The Work With Customers
display screen appears.
- Right-click on the customer and select Insurance.
The Send New Insurance Request
screen appears.
- Select the Insurance Agent to send the request to.
- Click Enter
. The New Insurance Request letter will print on your
default printer.
