Customer facility assignment

  1. At the Asset Management main menu, click the Customer button. The Work With Customers display screen appears.
  2. Right-click on the customer and select Facility. The Customer/Facility Assignment display screen appears.
  3. To change a facility assignment:
    1. Click Change change.jpg. The Customer/Facility Assignment change screen appears.
    2. Make any changes required.
    3. Click Enter enter.jpg to save the changes.
    4. Click Exit exit.jpg to return to the Customer/Facility Assignment display screen.
  4. To add a facility assignment:
    1. Click Add plus.jpg. The Customer/Facility Assignment add screen appears.
    2. Fill in the fields as required.
    3. Click Enter enter.jpg to save the new assignments.
