Change a customer calendar

It is important that customer calendars are updated for approaching fiscal years, especially for charges billed in advance. A health check report will show all customer calendars where the calendar is not completed for the next fiscal year; the target fiscal year is a parameter to the report.

  1. At the Asset Management main menu, click the Customer button. The Work With Customers display screen appears.
  2. Right-click on the customer and select Edit Customer. The Edit Customer change screen appears.
  3. Click Calendar today.jpg.
    1. If multiple calendars exist for the customer, the Work With Customer Calendars screen appears.
    2. Right-click on the calendar and select Change.
  4. The Customer Calendar Accounting Periods change screen appears.
  5. Make any changes required.
  6. Click Enter enter.jpg to save the information. The system will verify that periods do not overlap and that they are contiguous.
